A few years back we started working with Anticimex, a global pest control company. They are leaders in pest control and a trusted household name in many of their markets but now they wanted to become leaders in customer relations as well.
Step one was to develop a digital strategy for how to create a more personal dialogue with the customers. The strategy spawned a development project to bring together a fractured digital presence to a common platform for 16 markets worldwide.
This complex project was carried out in close cooperation with Raw Digital – who are specialists in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and digital marketing – and HiQ who built the technical solution.
The finished platform has made it easier for customers to engage in a dialogue with Anticimex and get the right help when they need it. It has also increased efficiency and alignment within the large organization.
